It’s December, you know what that means (no, not Christmas). I’ve started uploading A2 material (most importantly ZIP folders for maths modules). Just be patient, I’m going to try to ask/bribe/lobby teachers to give me papers that you can’t easily find elsewhere to upload next week (otherwise the section isn’t that useful). I might make ZIP folders out of them as well so you don’t have to spend an age downloading each one.

For the meantime, just go to freeexampapers.com or the exam board website and stop sending me death threats.

Nice lil' website in the link. Reminds me of the old days. Is it sad that I just did most of Edexcel's 2009 FP1 in my head? I only had to refer to the MS for some of the formula (eg. \sum{1}=n and family, Newton-Raphson formula).

Unfortunately, they spoilt the fun of the cubic equation by giving away one of the roots.

It also helps to remember that A-level examiners are trying to let the examinees get the most of the marks. Hence, no tricky geometries for parametric hyperbolae, or the complex numbers inscribing a circle question. Mid-points ftw!

The rest of the paper was matrix algebra, I can do Vector Calculus which is a tab bit harder.
